Volvo Car Group has announced a new chief compliance officer, picking him up from Dassault Systems. Louis Berger (which is a company) named a new chief integrity officer. We also have personnel moves at Ortho Clinical, Centene, and Meritor, among other companies. And Preet Bharara, recently fired as U.S. attorney, has his first new job.

Volvo Car Group has named Cedric Dubar chief ethics and compliance officer. Dubar previously spent nearly eight years as group ethics and compliance officer on Dassault Systems.
In Singapore, Rhys Tee has a new job: Ortho Clinical Diagnostics just named him director of compliance and privacy. Tee had been Abbott’s compliance director in Asia for two years.
Iris Krug has been named vice president of compliance at Pennsylvania Health and Wellness, a division of Centene Corp. in Camp Hill, Penn. Krug previously worked for Humana as commercial and specialty compliance officer.
Meritor, a maker of automotive systems in Michigan, has named Loree Shelko director of litigation and assistant general counsel. Shelko previously spent three years at ITT Corp. as assistant general counsel for compliance and asbestos litigation.
In New Jersey, professional services firm Louis Berger just named Adelle Elia as chief integrity officer. Elia replaces Tom Nicastro, who had been LB’s chief ethics and compliance officer for seven years. Despite the title change, Elia will oversee ethics and compliance and report to the audit committee. She comes to the company from LRN.
And in Moscow, Alexey Guriev has changed it up at Sistema, an investment management firm. Guriev had been vice president of internal audit and control at the company since 2013. He is now vice president of human resources.
Lastly, we noticed that former U.S. attorney Preet Bharara, sacked by the Trump Administration earlier this month as part of a Justice Department purge of U.S. attorneys, has taken a teaching job at New York University Law School. The rest of the world awaits his inevitable run for public office.

Cheryl Gilbert is celebrating one year as head of privacy and compliance at IntegraMed Fertility.
Arnab Chowdhury is celebrating one year as internal auditor for HDFC Bank in Kolkata, India.
In Singapore, Joyce Wong just hit one year as business integrity director for Unilever’s Asia operations.
Robert Berry is celebrating one year as executive director of internal audit for the University of South Alabama. Go South Paws.
Down in Houston, Aaron Pugh is celebrating five years at AIG. Pugh is currently director of operational risk management for the consumer insurance division; he’s had a variety of ERM and financial compliance roles there.
And congratulations to Fran Scally, vice president of financial reporting, compliance, and risk at Aceto Corp., a pharmaceutical firm. She’s been with the company for 10 years.

ACL just unveiled the 2017 release of its data analytics platform. The new version now incorporates more key risk indicators and key performance indicators for strategic risks, not just compliance risks.
Conselium Search, a recruitment firm that caters to compliance professionals, just relaunched its website. I grudgingly admit its animation is way cooler than Radical Compliance.
