Lima has been at Berklee since 2006 and also managed benefits and HR compliance. Outside the office, he is a baritone soloist with the Boston Pops.
We have a few compliance reshufflings at Robinhood, one of those hotshot fintech firms expected to go public later this year:

Brandy Duso has joined DBV Technologies, a French biotech firm, as director of compliance operations. Duso will work out of DBV offices in New Jersey. She comes to DBV from Celgene, where she had been a senior manager for compliance audits and investigations. Nicely timed move, since Celgene and Bristol Myers Squibb agreed to merge two weeks ago.

And regulator news: the Financial Accounting Standards Board has elevated Susan Cosper, FASB’s technical director and chair of the Emerging Issues Task Force, to serve as a board director at FASB. Shayne Kuhaneck, assistant director for technical activities, will serve as acting technical director until a permanent successor to Cosper is found.
