Compliance Jobs Report: Mar. 13

Coronavirus may be here, but that will not disrupt the spirit of the corporate compliance community today. We have the Compliance Jobs report as usual, with promotions at Huntington Ingalls and elsewhere, new hires (in pharma and healthcare, as it so happens), and a few intriguing job openings. Our meme of the week goes out to all you SOX 404 enthusiasts.

I gather these bits of information from LinkedIn, news alerts, and friends emailing me something to include. If you have a tip to pass along, email me at [email protected] or find me on LinkedIn. This report depends on people’ like you helping me, so send some news! Read on…

Boudreaux is succeeding Kellye Walker, who recently left Huntington. Boudreaux has been with the company since 2011.

Vendors & Service Providers

For all you data analytics and financial reporting types, please bid a fond farewell to Joe Howell, who retired from Workiva after co-founding the company 12 years ago. Howell also co-founded the SOX Professionals Group and the SEC Professionals Group; and is a true enthusiast of all things audit and compliance. He was always a pleasure to see.

And we didn’t notice this until now, but David Simon, a partner at law firm Foley & Lardner who works in compliance and investigations, has founded an international network of compliance-focused law firms called Concilium Global Compliance. So if your compliance program is in trouble on a global scale, Simon and his friends are ready to help.
