Compliance Jobs Report: Mar. 27
The Compliance Jobs Report continues! This week we have news from Bausch Health, Welbilt, Johnson & Johnson, and a few other companies. We also have news of a compliance vendor that seems to be on the upswing, plus a few job openings from New York real estate to Silicon Valley social media. And our Meme of the Week is dedicated to social distancing.
As I noted last week, Radical Compliance will keep posting the Jobs Report as often as we can — but given the precarious economy, that may not happen every week. We need your help to make the Report work.
I gather these bits of information from LinkedIn, news alerts, and friends emailing me something to include. If you have a tip to pass along, email me at [email protected] or find me on LinkedIn. This report depends on people’ like you helping me, so send some news! Read on…

Envel, a fintech startup based in Boston, has named John DiThomas chief compliance officer. DiThomas previously worked at Circle, another fintech firm based in Boston (you need a flow chart to keep track of all these fintech outfits), where he was director of compliance risk management.
The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board says that Mark Adler, acting director of the Division of Enforcement and Investigations, will leave the PCAOB after more than nine years in various roles there. We wish Adler well as he makes gobs more money in the private sector.
In Wake Forest, N.C., Erin Mandato has joined IQVIA as senior director of compliance. Mandato comes to IQVIA after a few years as a contract compliance consultant. Earlier in her career she worked as head of compliance and audit monitoring for Fitch Ratings.
Johnson & Johnson has named Sibo Ngqangweni a senior manager for health care compliance in its Asia-Pacific region, working from Singapore. Ngqangweni joins J&J from GSK, where she was ethics and compliance lead for the Australia-New Zealand region.
TransferGo, a money transfer business based in London, hired Francesco Fulcoli earlier this year as chief compliance officer. Fulcoli previously worked at IFX Payments as compliance project manager, and before that was compliance manager at Revolut.
And down in Stephenville, Texas, Tarleton State University has named Eric Heier associate athletic director for compliance. Heier comes to Tarleton State from Montana State University, where he had been assistant athletic director for compliance. The college tapped Heier ahead of its move into the NCAA Division I. Go Riders!
