Meanwhile, the Compliance Jobs Report continues this week with personnel news from Goldman Sachs, International Paper, and elsewhere. We’re also keeping our ear to the ground for job openings.

Compliance Jobs News
We begin with Goldman Sachs, which beefed up its regulatory compliance team with two appointments this week. Kathryn Ruemmler has joined the firm as global head of regulatory affairs, coming to Goldman from law firm Latham Watkins; she was a partner there and global head of the firm’s white collar investigations practice. The bank also promoted Michael Richman to chief compliance officer, reporting to Ruemmler. Richman has held various compliance roles at Goldman for years.
Cresco Labs, a legalized weed firm headquartered in Chicago, announced a revamped leadership team this week that includes Cora Colvin as chief compliance officer and Brenna Albert as controller and head of accounting, tax, and treasury. Colvin comes to Cresco from Medline Industries, where she had been chief compliance and privacy officer. Albert has been with Cresco for a while, and as controller helped the company through its IPO in 2018.
Promoted: Ashley Davidson, at International Paper Co., from senior compliance manager for ethics and privacy to global compliance program manager. Davidson has been with International Paper in various roles since 2007.
Beacon Health Systems, a vendor that sells compliance and audit software to healthcare businesses, has named John Tanner as its own chief compliance officer. Tanner will also help to lead sales and development of BHS’ software products. Tanner previously served as vice president of compliance operations and Medicare compliance officer for Molina Healthcare.
Priscilla Ahn has been named compliance manager at Nouryon, a chemicals company headquartered in the Netherlands. Ahn comes to Nouryon from CJ America, a Korean food company, where she had been director of compliance and public affairs.
In upstate New York, Robert Rosch has joined Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield as qualitative risk manager. Rosch previously worked at KeyBank in Buffalo, N.Y., where he had been senior vice president for operational risk management.
And in Washington, D.C., Vuslat Eksi has joined China Telecom Americas as corporate compliance officer. Eksi comes to China Telecom from SourceAmerica, where she had been ethics and compliance officer.
Milestones
Congratulations to Dora Gomez, just named president of the New York chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. In her day job, Gomez works in financial fraud compliance for EY.
Vendors & Service Providers
Consulting firm Compliance Risk Concepts says Steve Brown is joining the firm as director of broker-dealer client services. Brown comes to CRC after nearly a decade as senior leader in PwC’s risk advisory practice.
Open Req Orders
Teleflex, a medical technologies firm, is looking for a senior manager of IT audit. Job is based in Wayne, Penn.
So Cresco Labs, the weed company we mentioned above? Also looking for a senior marketing compliance specialist. Job is based in Chicago.
Aflac is looking for a vice president of investment compliance. Job is based in New York.
