Our final Compliance Jobs Report of the year! We have news from Binance.us, Rite Aid, a few financial firms overseas, and Waud Capital, among others. We also have some work anniversaries to note, job leads in finance, construction, and cancer research; and our holiday-themed Meme of the Week!

Compliance Jobs News
This week we begin with cryptocurrency exchange Binance.us, which just hired Sidney Majalya to be chief risk officer and head of the exchange’s new risk management division. Majalya starts in January. He comes to Binance from Intel, where he had been chief compliance officer since 2019; and prior to Intel spent three years in compliance and legal roles at Uber. No word yet on who will succeed Majalya as compliance chief at Intel.
Rite Aid has hired LaShon Kell as chief ethics and compliance officer. Kell actually joined the retail and pharmacy chain in October; Rite Aid kept the news under wraps until now (dweebs). Kell previously worked at health insurance firm Humana as assistant general counsel for investigations and employment. She’s based in Louisville, Ky.
Promoted: Leslie Boles, at Waud Capital Partners, from director of audit and compliance to senior director of audit and compliance. Boles has been with Waud for two years, working on the firm’s healthcare businesses.
Kimberley Broad has joined Games Global, a newly launched distribution channel for online gambling games, as chief compliance officer. Broad previously worked at Microgaming for six years, the last two of them as director of compliance.
In Argentina, Salvador Moreno del Campo has joined Delta Asset Management as compliance and AML analyst. He comes to Delta from FlexFunds, a Miami-based financial firm, where he had been a compliance analyst. Del Campo is based in Buenos Aires.
In Malaysia, Menaka Rajasegaran has joined Microsoft as senior corporate counsel. Rajasegaran was last seen earlier this year at NB BlueScope, an industrial coatings company, where she had been vice president of ethics and compliance from 2019 until she departed in July.
Anna de Veer has joined LGT Switzerland Bank, a private bank in (you guessed it) Switzerland, as head of compliance. De Veer joins LGT after 12 years at Credit Suisse, most recently as director of compliance for “emerging Europe,” whichever countries that region may contain.
And Trive Capital, a private equity firm based in Texas, has re-assigned Jonathan Nunnaley from chief compliance officer and CFO to chief compliance officer and director of special projects. Nunnaley has been with Trive since 2014.
Milestones
Ann Beasley is celebrating one year at Zai Labs, where she is chief compliance officer.
Patricia Gatley is celebrating one year at Prometheus Labs, where she is senior counsel and compliance officer.
Vendors & Service Providers
Emilie Van der Mensbrugghe has joined Alt.co, a Swiss due diligence firm that specializes in crypto assets, as compliance officer. She comes to Alt.co from Mocoh, an oil & gas services business, where she had been group compliance specialist.
Open Req Orders
Visa is looking for a vice president of governance, investigations, and training. Job is based in New York.
Seagen, a company working on cancer treatments, is looking for an associate director of anti-bribery and anti-corruption. Job is based in Bothell, Wash., outside Seattle.
Construction company Balfour Beatty is looking for a director of ethics and compliance. Job is based in Dallas.
