Compliance Jobs Report: April 1

The Compliance Jobs Report this week has personnel hires at Boeing, Airbus, Emerson Automation, Energizer Holdings, and Cone Health, among many more. We also have some promotions and work anniversaries to note, plus job leads in higher education, healthcare, and remote controls.

As always, thank you to all the compliance people sending me tips and links to keep this report going. We need your help to make the Report work, so send me some news! If you have a tip to pass along, email me at mkelly@radicalcompliance.com or find me on LinkedIn.

Compliance Jobs News

We begin this week at Cone Health in North Carolina, which just hired Catharine Fortney as chief compliance and privacy officer. Fortney joins Cone after at Denver Health (that’s in Colorado), where she was chief compliance and audit officer.

Compliance jobsAnkit Jain has joined Boeing as an ethics and compliance adviser for anti-corruption issues. Jain previously worked at Walmart in various roles for nine years, most recently as senior program manager for global anti-corruption compliance.

Promoted: Dennis McCloskey, at Olympus Corp. of Americas, from executive director and compliance officer to associate general counsel. McCloskey has been with the medical equipment maker in various compliance and legal roles for nearly a decade. Bears a strong resemblance to actor Patrick Dempsey

Catherine Oliver-Salbilla has left Allstate after 22 years there in various compliance roles, most recently as a field business conduct manager. (“I can’t talk now, I’m in the field managing business conduct.”) Oliver-Salbilla has joined the Ardagh Group, a supplier of metal and glass packaging materials, as compliance counsel.

An update from France about Andrés Toledo: he has joined Airbus as compliance manager working on internal investigations. Toledo had previously been global anti-corruption compliance manager for Pandora — the jewelry brand, he informs us, not the streaming music service. “I’m not that cool for the music industry,” he says.

Anne DeTraglia is leaving Nike after five years there in several fraud risk management roles. Leaving to go where, you ask? We don’t know yet! She only says “a new adventure begins” next week. The Compliance Jobs Report will keep its ear to the ground for updates.

And Radiometer, a Danish maker of medical diagnostic equipment, has promoted Sarah Ritchie Vanggaard from compliance director to chief compliance officer. Vanggaard has been with Radiometer since 2016.
