Compliance Jobs News
This week we begin at email security giant Mimecast, which is promoting deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer Chris Dollase to general counsel. He is succeeding Bob Nault, who had been GC since 2017 and “plans to relax for a while,” according to the company. Dollase has been Mimecast’s compliance chief since he joined the company in 2016; unclear whether he’ll keep the CCO title or that job will devolve to someone else.
In the crypto world, trading platform Kraken (and that’s not a suspicious name for a suspicious corner of the finance world, no sir…) has hired C.J. Rinaldi as chief compliance officer.
