Compliance Jobs News
This week we begin with an ending at Hewlett-Packard. HP’s chief audit executive, Beth Howe, is leaving the computing giant after 17 years to join microprocessor company SiTime as chief financial officer. Howe had been head of audit at HP since 2021. No word yet on who might succeed her there.

Dorsey was previously director of the organizational ethics and compliance curriculum at the University of St. Thomas law school in Minnesota and says she will continue to teach there.
Adventist Healthcare, a nonprofit hospital system headquartered in Maryland, has promoted chief compliance officer Dwayne Leslie to general counsel. Leslie has been with Adventist 2019. He succeeds Ken DeStefano, who is retiring. Unclear who might succeed Leslie as chief compliance officer.
And in a similar move, Teledyne Technologies (maker of digital imaging equipment) is promoting Melanie Cibik from associate general counsel, where she managed ethics and compliance issues, to general counsel and chief compliance officer. Teledyne also says George Bobb, a long-time executive there who served as CCO in the mid-2010s, has been promoted to president and chief operating officer.
Jill Atstupenas just turned up at Syndax Pharmaceuticals, a biotech research firm in suburban Boston, as director of compliance. Atstupenas had been director of compliance and privacy at Akili Interactive until September.
Sunny times for Robyn Sautter: she just joined First Solar Corp. as senior manager of ethics and compliance. Sautter comes to the solar energy startup after 15 years in various roles at Materion Corp., the last six of them as director of ethics and compliance.
Koch Industries has promoted Kristel Imeraj from audit manager to senior audit manager. Imeraj has been with Koch since 2020.
Lila Landis has expanded her role at SEKO Logistics, from chief compliance officer to global chief compliance officer. SEKO says the title change is to reflect Landis’ growing role as the company expands its global footprint.
Jonathan Scott is leaving GLG, an information services firm where he has been chief compliance officer since 2017. No word yet on where he might go next, although he posted a nice tribute to his team and colleagues.
Christine DeSousa has a new job at Wellington-Altus, an investment advisory firm in Toronto, where she will be associate vice president of supervision to watch over the business activities of the firm’s investment advisers. Worth MacMurray, interim chief executive officer of the Coalition for Integrity since last summer, has been named permanent CEO. The coalition is a nonprofit based in Washington, D.C., working to reduce public-sector corruption; I’m sure that keeps them quite busy.
