Compliance Jobs Report: Nov. 8
The Compliance Jobs Report this week has new hires at Balfour Beatty, Anchorage Digital, Microsoft, Jefferson Health, and more; also promotions at McKinsey, Eaton, Standard Chartered, and a few other places. Compliance Jobs
This week we begin with construction giant Balfour Beatty US, which just hired Annette Ebright as vice president of ethics and compliance. Ebright joins Balfour after two years at RXO, a transportation and logistics firm; she had been senior director and ethics and compliance counsel.
Crypto trading platform Anchorage Digital has hired Troy Winslow as chief audit executive. Winslow comes to Anchorage, which is based in San Francisco rather than Alaska, from Circle, a fintech firm dabbling in stablecoins; he had also been CAE there.
City of Hope, which is actually a hospital system rather than a city, has hired Tremayne Graydon as an ethics and compliance manager. Graydon previously worked at Walmart as a senior manager in specialty compliance and ethics.
Marie Briso has joined ICE, parent company of the NYSE, as a compliance manager. Briso comes to the firm after two years at Intertrust Group, a Dutch information services business; she had been a compliance manager there, too.
Microsoft just hired Carla Routhier as a senior compliance manager. Routhier joins the tech giant from Slalom, a consulting firm, where she was a “two degrees principal consultant.” We don’t know what that means but presume it’s superior to be a one degree consultant.
Wendy Alleyne has joined Jefferson Health as enterprise compliance officer. Alleyne previously worked at AmeriHealth Caritas for two years, most recently as vice president of health trend and policy management.
Royal Bank of Canada has hired Vienna Lin as compliance testing manager. Lin comes to RBC after not quite five years at HSBC, where most recently she was compliance manager for central mutual funds.
1inch, a blockchain crypto platform startup that’s based in the Virgin Islands, has hired Heidi Navazan as chief compliance officer. Navazan previously worked at Crystal Blockchain Analytics, a Dutch blockchain startup, as global director of regulatory affairs and compliance. I still don’t understand what any of these firms actually do.
Chandler Hall has joined German motor vehicle manufacturer Knorr-Bremse as North America compliance officer for the company’s railcar division. Hall comes to Knorr-Bremse from Ericsson, where he had been compliance officer for third-party risk management.
Saint Paul Commodities, a commodities platform based in Minnesota, has hired Dayne Delahoussaye as vice president of global sustainability and compliance. Delahoussaye comes to SPC after a year at LanzaJet, where he had been director of state and local affairs.
Australian Unity, which bills itself as a “wellness and financial services firm” based Down Under, has hired Uzma Christoforo as chief audit executive. Christoforo previously worked at Deloitte’s Australia affiliate for two years, where he was a partner in the audit and assurance practice.
In Indonesia, Muttaqin Rizki Putra has been hired as chief audit executive at Fore Coffee, a large retail coffee chain in the country. Putra comes to Fore from TJS Group Holdings, an Indonesian real estate firm, where he had been general maker for risk management.
Harbor Capital Advisors has promoted Walter Breuninger from director of investment management compliance to chief compliance officer.
Kristina Dohrn has joined Pacific Gas & Electric as an “expert” compliance and risk consultant. (One assumes that pays more than being an ordinary compliance and risk consultant.) Dorhn previously worked at FICO, the credit score people, where she was a senior business operations analyst.
Judith Marber-Fox is retiring as vice president of Discover Senior Living and calling it a career after 35 years in compliance and legal roles. She had a nice farewell note on LinkedIn, and we wish her well!
And Cardinal Health just brought aboard Alecia Stefano as a full-time compliance and ethics consultant; Stefano had previously worked part-time for Cardinal as a customer service rep. Welcome to the compliance profession!

Vendors and Service Providers
Karis McLarty has left her job as corporate compliance officer at Clear Channel Outdoor Global, where she had been since 2019. Where next? McLarty has joined consulting firm Kroll as global head of its compliance and business ethics practice; she will also be a managing director/
Open Req Orders
Raytheon is looking for an assistant general counsel for anti-corruption matters, presumably as part of the defense contractor’s huge corruption settlement announced a few weeks ago. Job is based in Arlington, Va., at Raytheon’s headquarters; salary range is listed at $188,000 to $378,000.
Comcast Corp. is looking for a corporate compliance manager focusing on data analytics. Job is based in Philadelphia; no salary range included.
UC Davis Health is looking for a chief compliance and privacy officer. Job is based in Sacramento, Calif., naturally; listed salary range is $160,700 to $388,700. You’d report into UC Davis Health’s chief executive and UC Davis’ chief compliance officer.
