We have other news from Allianz, Cooper Standard, Voya, Adobe, and more. Job leads are in healthcare, logistics, and real estate finance; and our Meme of the Week goes out to SOX auditors!

Compliance Jobs
This week we begin with food giant ADM (previously known as Archer Daniels Midland), which says that chief integrity officer Ben Bard is leaving the company. This news comes on the heels of ADM announcing last week that it will be restating financial results because of accounting issues; the company had suspended its CFO (who subsequently resigned) earlier this year. Bard had been with ADM for 11 years as chief compliance officer and chief audit executive. No word on who might succeed Bard at ADM.
Jaya Taylor is parting ways with Allianz Commercial, where she has been global compliance officer since 2019. Taylor is joining Specialist Risk Group, a London-based insurer with plans to expand internationally; she will be head of SRG’s global risk, compliance, and regulatory affairs function. Taylor had worked at Allianz in various compliance roles for the last 12 years. No word yet on who might succeed Taylor at Allianz.
HSBC has promoted Pam Kaur, group chief risk and compliance officer since 2021, to chief financial officer. Kaur has been with the bank in various risk and audit roles since 2013. Kaur will start her new role on Jan. 1, and the bank says it will announce a successor chief compliance officer “in due course.”
Will Tomlinson just joined auto parts manufacturer Cooper Standard as vice president for global internal audit and compliance. Tomlinson previously worked for four years at Aptiv, most recently as finance director for North America in the advanced safety and user experience division.
Wayne McNulty has joined Atlantic Health System in New Jersey as chief compliance, privacy, audit, and research integrity officer. (Phew, that’s a lotta titles.) McNulty comes to the healthcare system from HealthQuest, where he had been chief compliance, audit, and privacy officer. Recruitment firm Barker Gilmore made the placement.
EnergyOne, an energy efficiency business in Ontario, has hired Rebecca Wellum as compliance and partner performance manager. Wellum was last seen at Geotab, a telematics data provider, where she had been chief global compliance officer until earlier this year.
Penn State just hired Kristi Patrickus as its Title IX compliance coordinator. Patrickus previously worked as a solo attorney for a few years; prior to that she worked in the legal department at the University of Oregon.
Colonial Downs, a horse racetrack in Virginia, has hired Rodney Miles as director of compliance. Miles comes to the gambling facility from MBO Partners, where he had been an AML analyst and fraud investigator for the past year.
Lirusha Nadasen has joined Together Teaching, a staffing agency that places teachers in the United Kingdom, as a compliance manager. Nadasen had previously been a compliance quality coordinator at Simply Education.
Lila Landis has left her job as chief compliance officer at SEKO Logistics, where she had been CCO since 2021. Landis is now looking for a new role if you know anything that might be a good fit.
Cláudia Massaia has been hired by Adobe as a senior manager for ethics and compliance. Massaia comes to the software giant after serving a fellowship at the Fordham Corporate Law Center.
In Brazil, Rodolpho Lopes de Oliveira has left his job as compliance officer at UBS to join Raízen Energia, a food manufacturing business there. His title only says “director” but we’ll assume he is still in compliance because nobody would ever want to leave this field.
Richmond University Medical Center, which actually is based in Staten Island, N.Y., has hired David Rudlich as director of corporate compliance and transparency. Rudlich previously worked at KPMG for five years where he was a manager in the healthcare compliance advisory practice.
Needham Bank, a community bank in suburban Boston, has hired Anusha Vigraham as assistant compliance officer. Vigraham joins the bank from Main Street Bank, where she had also been assistant compliance officer.
Waste Management (which at some point shortened its name to “WM,” but I do not recognize that) has hired Stacy Gomez as a senior compliance analyst. Gomez was previously a customer success consultant at McGrow Hill.
In San Francisco, Alto Pharmacy has hired Brian Six as senior compliance counsel. Six joins the firm, which is a “digitally powered pharmacy,” after six years as division counsel at the Drug Enforcement Agency.
Sam’s Club has hired Jared Ivie as director of merchandise, membership, and e-commerce compliance. Ivie comes to Sam’s after 14 years at its parent company, Walmart, where he most recently had been director of training and awareness.
Voya Investment Management has hired Jennifer Mok as senior compliance officer. Mok comes to Voya after many years at Invesco, most recently as a senior compliance officer.
And RTX Corp. just hired Andrew Ellis as a compliance analyst, presumably to help the company with its huge misconduct settlements from last month. Ellis previously worked at the Mayo Clinic for a year as an information security intern. Welcome to the profession, Andrew.
Moving Up the Ladder
Aldermore Bank, based in London, has promoted Tom Hughes from technology risk consultant to chief non-financial risk director. I hadn’t heard of such a title before but it seems like an excellent one for modern risk management challenges.
Aya Healthcare has promoted D’nesa Lewis from associate team lead for compliance to team lead.
Beth Alexander has new duties at UMB Bank, based in Kansas City, Mo. Alexander had been SVP and director of fair and responsible banking; now she’s SVP and director of corporate compliance (and fair & responsible banking).
Parexel has promoted Swetha Ankinapalli from senior auditor to compliance manager.
Milestones
Adriana Herrera is celebrating 10 years at Phillips 66, where she is a senior global compliance analyst.
Nicolette Martin is celebrating 10 years at Citibank, where these days she is head of compliance transformation.
Vendors and Service Providers
GuidePost Solutions has hired Richard Sullivan as a senior managing director in its advisory practice. Sullivan had been global head of investigations at JPMorgan Chase from 2013 until earlier this year.
Remember Ali Lyons, former vice president of ethics and compliance for North America at Ipsen, until she left the company in August? Now doing some solo healthcare compliance consulting work.
Open Req Orders
PDS Health, a dental healthcare business based in Nevada that is expanding to be a “comprehensive healthcare support organization,” is looking for a vice president of ethics and compliance. Job is based in Irvine, Calif., with a salary range of $170,000 to $286,000.
Walker & Dunlop, a provider of financing to the commercial real estate industry, is looking for an associate general counsel for litigation, ethics, and compliance. Job is based in Bethesda, Md. Looks like the position has been open for a while and re-advertised this week. Salary range is a quite reasonable $225,000 to $250,000 plus bonus and equity awards.
And for the early-career people, real estate logistics firm Prologis is looking for a corporate compliance due diligence analyst. Job is based in Denver, with a salary range of $67,000 to $92,000.
