Moving Up the Ladder

Sony Pictures has promoted Bernard Williams from associate general counsel for ethics and legal compliance to vice president of the same.

TJX Cos. is looking for a social compliance specialist, working on ethical sourcing and related supply-chain risk issues. Job is based in suburban Boston; salary range listed at $63,000 to $78,000, which is enough for a 20-something to live nearby with a roommate or two.

Koch Engineered Solutions is looking for a global compliance director. Job is based in Wichita, Kans. The role reports to the general counsel (boo!), and no salary range is listed (even more boo!), but it does give preference to applicants with the CCEP, CFE, or other compliance-related certifications.
