Speaking of food, ingredients maker Tate & Lyle is hiring Kim Faulker, chief ethics and compliance officer at Colgate Palmolive, to be Tate & Lyle’s chief supply chain officer. Faulkner had worked at Colgate for more than 25 years, with lots of supply chain management roles. She had been CCO at the consumer products giant since 2022. No word on who might succeed her in that role at Colgate now.
And we finally have an update on John Amberg, who stepped down as chief compliance officer at Northern Trust in mid-May. He just surfaced at Apex Group, another global financial services firm, where he will be global chief compliance officer.
Gary Del Vecchio has retired after 38 years in healthcare ethics and compliance roles. Most recently Del Vecchio was the compliance officer at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine; he also spent nearly 30 years at Bristol Myers Squibb in various ethics, compliance, and legal roles. Now offering his services as an independent compliance consultant and otherwise enjoying life in retirement.
