Open Req Orders
Energy company Valaris is looking for a compliance investigator, who will manage the internal hotline, coordinate with outside counsel, and do all the other usual investigator stuff. Job is based in Houston; no salary range provided. Law degree is not necessary, a refreshing burst of common sense about compliance skills.
American Express, which always seems to be hiring compliance talent these days, is looking for a vice president of enterprise policy, standards, and training for its financial crimes compliance program. Job is based in New York, with a salary range of $200,000 to $275,000.
Royal Caribbean Cruises is hiring a director of global ethics and compliance, who will report to the assistant chief compliance officer. Job is based in Miami; no salary range provided. One of the preferred skills for candidates is “deals with ambiguity,” which I guess will be tested when you ask about the salary.
