Compliance Jobs Report: Aug. 22

Another week, another Compliance Jobs Report packed with news! We have two new hires in higher education, other new hires at Goldman Sachs, Authentic Brands, City National Bank, and many more. Victoria’s Secret had a few promotions to note, as did Collins Aerospace, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and others. Job leads are in healthcare, microchips, and lingerie.

Compliance Jobs

This week we begin some hires in higher education. First, Nova Southeastern University has hired Sonya Miller as chief compliance officer. Miller comes to the Fort Lauderdale school from Chicago State University, where she had been general counsel and chief compliance officer. So she is trading away her legal duties and Chicago weather in favor of focusing full-time on compliance at the beach. Well done!

Second, Temple University (go Owls!) has hired James Ponce as chief audit executive. Ponce previously worked at Wake Forest University as chief audit and compliance officer.
